Notice the emotional detachment combined with his care and concern. The reason I want to point this out is the I believe that as things becoming increasing chaotic in the world, and as people become more fearful, others will prey on our fear. One of the the things I've noticed is that authentic people do not rely on emotional appeal. They simply speak the truth, and allow that truth itself to work on us. So as I watch Obama/Biden and McCain/Palin, I watch for this.
